Melbourne -  Websphere portal / WCM Support Analyst - 6 m Contract

A busy portal environment requires the services of a skilled Support Analyst to provide 2nd and 3rd level resolution across a number of internal and external applications.

The person will work in a team that looks after web based applications within this enterprise environment.

Key duties include:
*    Technical support and administration of applications, websites and portals
*    Issue resolution
*    provide user training
*    Seek areas to improve
*    General operation support

Skills required:
*    Websphere Portal and WCM 5.1/6.1
*    Java
*    Microsoft .NET and ASP will be an advantage
*    SQL Server 2005 will be an advantage
*    Problem solving and communications skills
