Change Web Content viewer portlet Title

Hello,

I have a problem with the Web content viewer portlet, i would like to have a custom title and that it change when i change the language.

I would like to use only one instance of the portlet

Anybody can help me to do this ?

For information i use the Web Content Viewer Portlet JSR168
